    Palate: Dry. Intense and a little reductive at first. This wine benefits from decanting around 3 hours. Serious and smooth.

    Vinification: From a vintage considered "Excellent" and aged in a perfect private cellar in Spain upon release.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled Lamb Chops or slow-braised lamb shanks.
