A very special wine, finally back in stock after a long wait. This is one of the very best wines in Ribera del Duero, made from almost all Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) with a tiny bit of Cabernet Sauvignon added. Aged in a combination of mostly French oak, some American, for 24 months and then in the bottle for 36 months before release. Rich, silky, bold yet still elegant. This is a wine that can be decanted now, or aged for years to come. We have only a small amount of this, as less than 20 cases came to NYC. And trust us, its worth every penny. Delicious with steaks, brisket, a perfect sizzling porter house, mutton, or even lamb.
