Nose: Clean. Intense ripe black fruit aromas & graphite notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied with good texture & concentration, balanced acidity & good persistence.
Vinification: Hand harvested from sustainably farmed vines up to 65-years-old located in the village of Gratallops. Fermented with native yeasts & aged in concrete vat & neutral French oak. From a family winery dating back to 1942, the first registered in the DOCa.
