Nose: Clean. Pronounced toasted hazelnuts with a saline quality.

Palate: Dry. Austere, well structured with good intensity & persistence.

Vinification: Bottled from a solera whose wines average 20 years in age. Produced by a family owned bodega over a hundred years old, with 500 hectares of estate owned vineyards in upper Jerez.

Recommended Food Pairing: Smoked duck.
