Avinyó "La Ticota" Brut Nature Gran Reserva Cava - Magnum
This is a bone-dry Brut Nature made in the Methode Traditionnelle from 2 hectares of grapes planted in 1940. Night harvested by hand to ensure freshness and prevent oxidation, manual disgorgement, and aged for 60 months. 85% Xarello and 15% Macabeu, grown organically. Some toasted notes (from the 5 years of aging on the lees) which gives it great complexity, length, and bubble structure. Very limited and only available here in Magnum format.
