Ànima Negra ÀN/2 2017

  • Varieties: 65% Callet, 20% Manto Negro & Fogoneu, 15% Syrah.

    Appearance: Clear, deep ruby-colored.

    Nose: Clean. Pronounced & expressive aromas of raspberries with a smoky bouquet hinting at violets.

    Palate: Dry. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied, rich yet elegant. Nicely layered with a long, pulsating finish.

    Vinification: Made mostly from varietals unique to the island of Mallorca. Fermented in stainless steel & concrete then aged for one year in French & American oak.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Pork chops or roasted leg of duck.
