Nose: Aromas of toasted forest floor, creamy oak and cocoa bean.
Palate: Full-bodied with excellent grip. Earthy red fruit & finishes with a touch of acidity. Powerful, meaty & dry with ripe tannins.
Vinification: From old vines in the esteemed Bierzo Alto region, carefully farmed and produced in small quantities. Hand selected grapes, fermented in barrel and aged in French oak for 2 years.Total production is 50 cases!
