A labor of love made by Spain/Galicia aficionado, April Cullom, and her friends in Ribeiro. Every vintage is slightly different, but this is always a predominantly Treixadura blend (with the remainder being Torrontés, Godello and Loureiro). A 48 hour cold maceration followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and 3 months sur-lie, no oak. A gastronomic, high-acid, aromatic white wine, expressive of the local terroir. Perfect with shellfish, light vegetable dishes, or simply as an aperitif.
