Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon approaching gold.

Nose: Clean. Pronounced stone fruit aromas with floral & herbaceous notes.

Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied with peach, and flower aromas

Vinification: Made from 100% Treixadura grown in the Avia Valley, fermented & stabilized in stainless steel for 10 months before being bottled.

Recommended Food Pairing: Caldeirada, a fish stew.
