Appearance: Clear. Deep purple in color with ruby red hues.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced & concentrated red fruit aromas with plum & raisin notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with good acidity & balance between oak & fruit.
Vinification: From organically grown, bio-dynamically farmed, estate owned grapes. Separately fermented in new oak, then aged in new French oak for 18 months. Produced only in the best years in as small quantities as 500 bottles.
